Love is the one and only thing we are capable of perceiving that transcends dimensions of time and space. It is the only thing that permeates all matter, all form and, the absence of any form or matter. It is simply on every breath we take, was there before breath we took and, will be there when breath we take no more.
Love (not in love) certainly can be synonymous with oneness and presence (as in the present). Love
also is the door into emptiness or nothingness. The latter two may seem daunting, but I have found these terms, emptiness and nothingness, as quite helpful in cleansing the mind each day. In other words, creating space. Creating space to be undisturbed by the noise, the chatter, the monkey mind's predator like nature.
Thanks Bill

Oh gentle presence: peace, joy and power.
