Embrace light in the face of darkness by all means. Though darkness exists with its attendant suffering we come to understand that the only truth eventually is the light and the love found there, all darkness then an illusion. We embrace darkness into the light in order to become free and at peace. The power of love healing all wounds before it. We embrace light as truth, in acknowledging the darkness as illusion. There is this prayer that I hope you can use.
