Partially driven by my British culture and upbringing there is far more to drinking a cup of tea for me, than meets the eye. It is about connection with another heart and the love experienced in such a union, it is an opportunity for meditation and contemplation.
If possible take the making of tea and its drinking in your life, as sacred space to honor the moment and, in doing so drink your tea in silence and feel into that state of bliss on offer that all love provides.
From this point, take this practice forward into other areas of your life in becoming aware eventually that all life is sacred, there is not a moment to lose.
So! go make a cup of tea for a friend, sit in silence and take that time to remember: though there be many hearts there is only ONE LOVE.
