Yesterday, I wrote an article exploring the intricate realm of thoughts and their potential for harm, shedding light on the persistent challenge of dispelling darker thoughts. This journey prompts me to delve into the origins of these troubling mental patterns. How do these thoughts arise?
Let's begin by pondering the notion that at our core, our essence resonates as beings of Love—a foundational truth that profoundly shapes our existence. This Love isn't merely an abstract concept; it's a palpable energy, vibrating at approximately 528 Hz according to the Solfeggio scale. However, alongside this harmonious resonance exist energies that diverge from this Love-centered frequency.
These discordant energies, encompassing pain, anger, fear, and grief inherent in human experience, possess their own unique resonance, infiltrating our being and permeating our system—our nervous system, cellular structure, and beyond from the earliest process of embodiment.
In an ideal scenario, we would process these emotions as they arise. However, ego asserts itself at around the same age when we begin to speak as toddlers. Up to that point, we have been free to cry out that which is not wanted, literally moving on that energy that does not resonate with our core being.
Ego begins to cope with energies diverging from Love by rationalizing, creating stories around these experiences, mistakenly believing it has resolved the threat, got rid of the energetic discordance. Yet, when not released, the energy from these experiences remains lodged within us.
As we navigate life, we often grapple with these challenging emotions. In our attempts to cope, we resort to "stuffing" our feelings—an unconscious process of suppressing and internalizing these emotions. However, what starts as a mechanism for self-preservation can eventually lead to the formation of thought forms—mental constructs arising from the energy we've unwittingly trapped within ourselves.
These thought forms, varying in depth and awareness, can linger within our psyche, exerting influence over our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Some remain within the realm of conscious awareness, while others lurk in the depths of our subconscious, eluding easy detection. Addressing this deeper reservoir of unresolved energy is often the most challenging aspect.
Herein lies the crux of the matter: the courageous endeavor to release the original dark energy ensnared within us, often since our earliest days. This process demands great introspection, vulnerability, and above all, courage—the extraordinary courage to confront at times extreme discomfort, unearth buried emotions, and set them free—in surrendering and transcending those elements of our egoic self back to the heart, and the freedom found there.
By acknowledging and releasing these embedded energies, we reclaim agency over our mental landscape. We liberate ourselves from the burdens we've carried, paving the way for healing, growth, and a renewed sense of wholeness. So, if you find yourself on this journey of self-discovery, remember: it takes courage to confront the shadows within, but the rewards are immeasurable.
When this original dark energy is released, all dysfunction begins to cease. There is an automatic reorganization of the entire system. As the light returns into those spaces within the cellular and nervous system bodies, the neurological pathways reconstitute back to their default position, resonating at 528Hz - of Love and Light.
These are some of the many practices I have trained in for the past 30+ years, partly as work on my own healing path, and with formal training. I regard myself as exceptionally fluent in these practices, among others and am willing to consult freely with anyone who needs help in this arena or many other aspects of healing.
Pranic Healing: This practice involves the manipulation of prana or life energy to heal physical and emotional ailments.
Quantum Touch: Utilizes the principles of resonance and entrainment to amplify and direct the body's natural healing abilities.
Sound Therapy: Using sound frequencies to resonate with and harmonize the body's energy centers (chakras) and cellular structure.
Solfeggio Frequencies: Ancient frequencies believed to have spiritual healing properties. Each frequency is said to correspond to specific aspects of the body and mind.
Transpersonal Psychology: Recognizes the spiritual dimension of human existence and incorporates practices like meditation, mindfulness, and early developmental work.
Trauma Release Exercises (TRE): Focuses on the body's innate ability to shake off stored tension and trauma through controlled release of energy.
Somatic Experiencing: Helps release trauma by focusing on bodily sensations and allowing the body to complete self-protective responses that were interrupted during the traumatic event.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): Blends mindfulness meditation and yoga to help individuals become more aware of the present moment and manage stress.
Integrative Medicine: Combines conventional medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies to address the physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual aspects of health and illness.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT): Involves tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on traumatic memories or negative emotions to release them.
Matrix Re-imprinting: Builds upon EFT by working with past traumatic memories and events to change the associated beliefs and emotional responses.
