When we talk about healing and recovery we are talking about the release of energies that resonate at a certain speed, that have contaminated our system. We are at our core nature a being of love that resonates at 528hz.
Other energies that we might call the suffering in any given life, (having embedded themselves within our cellular, nervous system bodies) that we have taken onboard, resonate at different frequencies in and around our system and are harmful in different ways affecting, in time our whole system. They are alien to our true nature, energetic invaders.
They need to be released back to whence they came in order for us to experience again the equanimity of our original nature - that of love, (the grief process) which is still there within us, didn’t go away, always patiently waiting for our return, for the shift in energy to take place healing and recovery by any other name.
This is in a nutshell, what healing and recovery are about, it’s about righting the ship. We are forged from within a star and our bodies, this matter is just energy slowly vibrating to one frequency or another.
We sense the world by allowing energy to touch our skin, to come up against us in this manner, babies do this as do adults. However, babies cry out and make their sounds as a way to clear that energy and are always expressing energy in an innate attempt at maintaining their equilibrium, and balance, that of love. Aligning themselves with nature and its original intent.
Unfortunately, at a certain point in developing cognition, which comes with an ego, we begin to rationalize dark energy that invades our space, and instead of crying it out we ‘stuff’ that energy, our feelings in the vain hope that it goes away - it does not.
It embeds itself in the cellular structure, and the nervous system, and in time creates all manner of psychological, emotional, somatic, and spiritual maladies. Nigel Lott teaandzen.org
Wonderful post, Nigel. We all need to learn how to cry out our pain, share it safely with others and expel it in the most healthy way. When it is turned inward, pushed down and left untended it will fester and grow becoming toxic one day... We are all energy and energy is all around us. How we use, move through and allow energy to impact and effect us is up to us.
