There is a reason people are continually hurtful, cruel, unkind to others and by extension of natural law, themselves. By doing so they do not, they think unconsciously, have to engage with the enormous amount of grief underneath their suffering, fueled by their anger-fear-grief that they transfer by continuing to dump their pain on others, as a way to get out of suffering.
Their ego-centric self is so entrenched within itself that its greatest fear, indeed its mortal enemy, we could say, is the very love the heart seeks to re-unite with. It takes great courage to let go of our pain, no doubt, but what else can we do?
What can compel anyone of us to hear the call of love and yield to its truth, to surrender and transcend our suffering, and in doing so set ourselves and others free in the process. May we find that courage now…may all beings be at peace.
I mean sooner or later we all fall into that place of love within, certainly at the moment of our physical death. Given that the ego-centric self dies in that moment, and we fall into that place called love so deeply, there are no words to describe……a testament to our true nature.
Why wait ‘till then? We can die into love now whilst still embodied utterly and completely….what a beautiful way to spend the rest of our lives, letting go of suffering, and falling in love and helping our brothers and sisters along the way to do the same, setting the whole wide world free in the process…now that’s what I call a career!
