I wanted to share with you that much of what I write….on Substack, in my podcasts, and in my notes….is an expression of my life process. It’s what is alive in me, what is flowing through me in the moment, and I offer it to you as it arises. Each day, I wake with something in my heart, a subtle impulse or insight that longs to be expressed. This platform has become a beautiful way for me to give voice to that.

Many years ago, I discovered that insights would come to me from a place just above my right eye, a kind of sacred point, as if from some higher realm. As I spoke, these "downloads" would weave into the moment, transforming into spiritual and mystical quotes, that I collected. Over time, these fragments have accumulated, and I now feel called to share them with you in a series of short articles, each one a small piece of the greater whole.
