When we hold onto unforgiveness… or when forgiveness feels beyond our reach… we create a rift in the fullness of our hearts. In these moments, love remains veiled in the shadows, both within our own being and in our connections with others.
There are times when people and situations appear nearly impossible to forgive, and our hearts may seem completely armored against the flow of love and healing. Yet, even in the face of these challenges, we are always free to open ourselves to the boundless possibility of healing and transformation.
We have a sacred duty, not only to ourselves but to the living spirit, to do the inner work that keeps our hearts open in all grace. And remember: you are not called to forgive the act….only the actor. By taking responsibility for the openness of our own hearts, we set all others free in the process.
